Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Human Resources and Recruiting Manager for a three-shift, approximately 100-employee warehouse. You will own full-cycle hiring for shipping/receiving managers, leads and supervisors, forklift and reach truck operators, unloaders, order pickers, and inventory specialists.

Create onboarding that gets a new hire productive fast and keeps them engaged. You will need to be on the floor, known and approachable so problems can be solved before they grow.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or high-volume hourly environments.
• Experience building onboarding programs that get new hires productive quickly and keep them engaged.
• Ability to be on the floor, approachable, and resolve issues before they escalate.
• Spanish language skills considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle hiring for the warehouse, including shipping/receiving managers, leads, supervisors, forklift operators, unloaders, order pickers, and inventory specialists.
• Create onboarding processes that shorten ramp time and drive retention.
• Partner with floor managers to forecast hiring needs and maintain staffing levels across shifts.
• Be present on the warehouse floor to address problems and maintain a positive employee experience.

This person will be the Human Resources and Recruiting Manager for a three shift approximately 100 employee warehouse. This person needs to have experience recruiting and hiring people in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other high-volume hourly environment and needs to be able to create an environment where people want to stay. This person will run full-cycle hiring for the entire building: shipping and receiving managers, leads and supervisors, forklift and reach truck ope rators, unloaders, order pickers, and inventory specialists. That means sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and hiring. Create an onboarding process that gets a new hire productive fast and keeps them coming back and engaged. This person will need to be present on the floor and be known and approachable so that problems can be solved before they become bigger issues. Fluency in Spanish would be a big plus.
