Software Placement Group, SPG in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Human Resources and Recruiting Manager for a high-volume warehouse operation.

You will lead people operations across three shifts, own full-cycle hiring, onboarding, and retention, while maintaining a visible presence on the floor to resolve issues and keep staffing levels strong. This is an on-site, full-time role partnering with site leadership to build a stable, engaged workforce across all functions and shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and hiring in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or other high-volume hourly environment.
• Ability to run full-cycle hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and hiring.
• Experience creating or improving onboarding processes for hourly, high-turnover environments.
• Willingness and ability to be present on the floor across shifts and build approachable relationships with staff.

• Maintain a visible, approachable presence on the warehouse floor to identify and resolve issues before they escalated
• Build and sustain a workplace environment that supports employee retention
