Qualifications

• A high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of working experience in payroll and human resources is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and transfer to appropriate departments/staff.
• Maintains the company’s applicant tracking system to ensure applicants are being worked through the process.
• Customer service and assist guests with Front Door Alarm.
• Order office supplies and maintain office machines; call vendors as needed.
• Establishes and maintains accounts for all payables; process payroll data.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator at Pine Grove Nursing Center in Center, TX, has a broad range of duties, assisting the community’s management team as needed. The Assistant Business Office Manager is also responsible for accounts payable and payroll processing and coordinating telephone communications. The duties are subject to change, as necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
