• Performance & retention programs: Drive programs to boost employee engagement and retention, including Employee of the Month awards, attendance bonuses, and more.
• Employee management: Oversee scheduling for evaluations, manage time-off requests, handle raise requests, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Clerical tasks: Perform various clerical tasks related to staffing, recruitment, and basic HR functions to keep our operations running smoothly.
