Job summary

Pine Grove Nursing Center in Center, TX is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the management team and helps coordinate payroll, accounts payable, and recruitment activities in a long-term and rehabilitative care facility.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of payroll/HR experience, solid computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint), and strong communication. We offer competitive benefits, insurance, paid time off, and employee appreciation events.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of working experience in payroll and human resources is required.
• Working knowledge of common office machines is required.
• General computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, are required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and transfer to appropriate departments/staff.
• Maintains the company’s applicant tracking system to ensure applicants are being worked through the process.
• Customer service and assist guests with Front Door Alarm.
• Order office supplies and maintain office machines; call vendors as needed.
• Establishes and maintains accounts for all payables; process payroll data.
• Other duties as assigned.
