Job summary

iQHR is seeking an HR Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of HR programs for internal and client-facing initiatives, from process improvements and system implementations to policy rollouts and organizational change efforts.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients to keep everyone on track for deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage HR projects from initiation through completion.
• Serve as primary point of contact between internal teams and clients for timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations; track progress against milestones.
• Proactively check in with internal team members to confirm tasks are on track and flag delays.
• Partner with HR leadership to define scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Communicate project status, risks, and timeline changes to leadership and clients.
• Manage change management efforts, including communication plans and training.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
• Prepare and present status updates and dashboards to leadership.
• Ensure projects comply with employment laws and company policies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and workflows.
• Support post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

This role blends project management discipline with HR expertise, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. A core part of the role is serving as the point of accountability between internal teams and clients so that every contributor stays on track against client-committed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage HR projects (HRIS implementations, onboarding redesigns, compensation reviews, DEI initiatives, policy rollouts, etc.) from initiation through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients for project timelines, scope, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations; track progress against milestones.
• Proactively check in with internal team members to confirm tasks are on track and flag/resolve delays before they impact clients.
• Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success metrics.
