Job summary

Alpha Staffing and Recruiting in Schaumburg, IL seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance people operations. This role focuses on building strong teams, creating efficient HR processes, and partnering with employees and leadership.

You’ll own full-cycle recruitment, design onboarding programs, and collaborate with managers on performance, coaching, and development. You’ll be the primary contact for employee relations and maintain confidential records while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

What You’ll do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
• Design and improve onboarding programs that help new employees integrate and succeed.
• Partner with managers on performance management, employee coaching, and development initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolving workplace concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and other HR initiatives.

Required qualifications:

• Fluent in RU and ENG language (written and verbal).
• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other HR certification.
