Job summary

Job Juncture's client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen their HR function, focusing on compliant, people-centered programs while driving organizational success.

You will oversee compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws, payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance reviews, and employee relations, mentoring HR staff, and partnering with employment attorneys to ensure policy adherence.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in an organization of 100+ employees.
  • FMLA and ADA administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing compliance across multiple states.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
  • Ability to work onsite in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze exit interview trends and report insights to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and develop HR staff to grow capabilities and engagement.
  • Partner with employment attorneys on compliance and policy matters.
  • Assess training needs and roll out effective programs.
  • Participate in disciplinary and grievance processes with fairness.

Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen their HR function. What You’ll Do

As the HR Manager, you’ll be the go‑to leader for all things people, compliance, and culture. Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring compliance with all Federal and multiple State Employment & Labor laws.

Overseeing Workers’ Compensation policies and procedures.

Leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding initiatives.

Conducting annual reviews of employee compensation and benefits.

  • Full accountability for all aspects of payroll.

What You Bring

Our client is seeking someone with both strong technical HR knowledge and exceptional leadership presence. Ideal candidates will have:

5–7 years of progressive HR experience in an organization of 100+ employees.

Proven expertise in FMLA and ADA administration.

Hands‑on experience managing compliance across multiple states.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR best practices.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (required).

Ability to work onsite in a collaborative team environment.
