Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager II in Pittsburgh to oversee all general HR functions including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration. The role emphasizes positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, workers' comp and other laws.

Safety is a key focus, with responsibilities to train partners on safety policies and foster a culture of safety at the location. The position is full-time with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive positive employee relations and ensure compliance with major employment laws.
• Ensure safety training and a culture of safety at the location.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures across partners.
