Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources at the Minneapolis area location. You will manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits, drive employee relations, and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, and other laws while promoting a strong safety culture onsite.

The role requires a HS diploma (BA preferred) and HR experience, with MS Office proficiency and a valid driver’s license being essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all general areas of human resources including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive positive employee relations and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, Workers' Compensation and other employment laws.
• Ensure safety training and a culture of safety at the location.
• Monitor and enforce company safety policies across the site.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,800 - $95,700/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
