Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an HR Manager to support all general areas of Human Resources in Des Moines, IA. Responsibilities include turnover management, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, and driving positive employee relations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations and safety teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, while enhancing overall employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HR experience required.
• HS Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intranet/internet.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, Workers' Comp, Unemployment and OSHA.

Skills/Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HR-related areas of legality including FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and OSHA requirements
