Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of HR at our Yakima location. You will manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, while driving positive employee relations and ensuring legal compliance.

Safety training and a culture of safety are emphasized for partners at the site. The role requires a strong HR background (BS in HR or related field preferred) and experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $80,168 - $87,000/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
