Our client located in Fremont, CA is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team!

Ideal candidate will handle full scope of HR responsibilities supporting under 100 employees. Support workforce planning, recruiting on and off boarding. Coordinate and identify training and development needs. Administer the annual performance review process. Provide compensation guidance and administer benefits. Automate HR and put in place process improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of progressive HR experience with an HR certification. Previous experience as a solo HR professional, working in a professional services environment or similar industry. Understanding of a union environment or willingness to learn. Ability to travel locally. This role is 100% onsite. Salary is upto $175k.
