Sunrise Senior Living in the United States seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead workforce strategy and employee engagement across the community. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, payroll oversight, compliance, and training while partnering with executives to foster a positive, high-performing team culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in HR generalist work with supervisory experience. Sunris​e offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Maintain personnel files, HRIS data and required postings.
• Manage workers’ compensation and OSHA compliance initiatives.
• Monitor performance evaluations, merit increases and engagement planning.
• Support annual budgeting and labor management strategies.
• Deliver HR training and Sunrise University program oversight.
• Partner with leadership to drive retention, accountability and team success.

What We’re Looking For

Pay Range: 74,152.00 - 99,112.00
