Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Area Human Resources Manager to drive HR strategy and operations across multiple Long Island communities, traveling regularly to provide on-site support. The role emphasizes recruitment, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations to strengthen the team Member experience.
You will oversee HRIS/ATS, manage claims, and partner with leaders on performance and engagement initiatives while ensuring policy training and audit readiness.

As an Area Human Resources Manager, you lead HR strategy and operations across multiple Sunrise communities, ensuring strong recruitment, compliance, and team member engagement. This position supports communities across Long Island, including Holbrook, Smithtown, East Setauket, Dix Hills, and West Babylon. The role requires regular travel between communities to provide on-site HR partnership and support, with approximately 3-4 days per week of on-site presence across these locations, based on the needs of the market.

Pay Range: 68,000.00 - 85,000.00
