Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Texas seeks a Regional HR Manager to lead people strategy across multiple communities. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations while partnering with facility leaders to enhance engagement and performance.

You'll apply a strong foundation in employment law, HR systems, and people analytics to build compliant processes, coach managers, and sustain a high-trust workplace across Sunrise communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years HR experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Supervisory and employee relations experience required.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, job fairs, and hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with Sunrise Hiring Standards and employment laws.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and system access for new team members.
• Maintain HRIS, ATS, personnel files, and regulatory documentation.
• Manage unemployment and workers' compensation claims.
• Serve as HR partner to department leaders on performance management.
• Lead employee relations matters and internal investigations.
• Drive team member engagement initiatives and action planning.
• Deliver HR systems and policy training for front-line staff.
• Maintain audit readiness and complete monthly compliance controls (MKCC).

Pay Range:

68,000.00 - 85,000.00
