Job summary

Chief of Staff KC is seeking an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and policy administration for a manufacturing facility. The role acts as a trusted advisor to managers and employees and supports compliance with laws across two facilities.

You will drive training and development, foster a positive, productive, and safety-focused culture, and partner with site leaders to optimize talent and workforce programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
