Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Drive initiatives around workforce planning, retention, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Champion employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics is a plus.
