CFS is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead a comprehensive HR function in Munroe Falls, Ohio. The role calls for partnering with leadership to drive people strategy and manage employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations, compliance, benefits, and general HR operations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to HR partner for employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, performance concerns, and workplace issues.
• Manage HR compliance efforts and ensure policies align with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct and support employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
• Partner with leadership on performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development.
• Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, accommodations, disability programs, and related questions.
• Assist with compensation initiatives, job descriptions, HR reporting, and lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate and facilitate training related to compliance, safety, harassment prevention, ethics, and leadership development.
• Maintain HRIS data and use reporting/analytics to identify trends and process improvements.
