HR Manager (Irvine - On Site)

Must have excellent communication skills and be hands on at all levels
Experience with ADP is a huge plus
Must have experience installing policies/procedures and helping to define structure
Must have experience in all areas of daily HR Management, and be able to identify, and help problem solve, any issues that arise
Must have prior experience with handling workers comp issues and hourly wage employees
Salary is likely $110k - $130K base + benefits, PTO
