Irvine Company in Newport Beach, CA is seeking an HR Administrator for a contract/temporary assignment with the potential to become a full-time associate. Location is onsite five days a week in Newport Beach, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours).
You will provide administrative support to internal HR and external partners on associate transactions, manage data entry and record-keeping, handle leaves and accommodations, and assist with payroll-related tasks and general office duties.

Provide administrative support to internal HR and external company-wide partners on Associate transactions including data entry and integrity for multiple life-cycle events. Handle leave of absence administration and interactive processes for accommodations. Perform other general administrative tasks such as record keeping, correspondence and office support.
Base Pay: $30.00 - $33.00/hr
