The HR Manager is responsible for developing and managing the HR function, supporting business growth, and fostering a strong workplace culture. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, overseeing HR systems, employee development, compliance, recruitment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and ensure efficient HR operations while aligning strategies with business objectives.
Starting Salary: $90,000-100,000
