The position supports site operations and workforce development, with a 40-hour workweek and a pay range of $30–$40 per hour on W2 plus benefits. The ideal candidate will bring 2–4 years of HR management experience, a bachelor's degree in HR or business administration, and strong capabilities in performance management, talent development, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to support workforce growth initiatives and organizational effectiveness during a period of expansion.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and training teams to support onboarding, assimilation, and development of new colleagues.
• Monitor workforce trends, engagement, retention, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Coach and support people leaders in managing employee performance, engagement, and development.
• Help drive a positive colleague experience by reinforcing culture and organizational values throughout the employee lifecycle.

Pay Range: $30-40/hr. on W2 PLUS Benefits
