You will partner with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market leaders to define strategies, evaluate market opportunities, and operationalize new offerings, while delivering analytical insights and strong stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business planning skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

As a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be part of the Strategy & Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Pay Range:$90
