Manpower, Inc. is seeking a HR Business Partner to join our client’s Human Resources team supporting manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and technical groups in California, including Valencia and San Fernando.

The role focuses on organizational design, leadership transitions, and workforce planning to enable business growth. You will lead change initiatives, support talent development, and manage employee relations, performance, and compliance with employment laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing employee relations issues.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards and HR best practices.

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and technical operations, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team. As a HR Business Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience as being an HR Business Partner within the Manufacturing Industry,strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for manufacturing sites and supply chain functions in California, including Valencia and San Fernando.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, role clarity, and leadership transitions to support business growth.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including supporting complex client groups.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing employee relations issues in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with a focus on operational excellence.
