Job summary

Experis is seeking a Project Manager for HR Technology and Information Flow Improvement to join the HR Technology and Shared Services organization in Austin. The role focuses on leading enterprise HR tech projects, managing JIRA intake, and delivering governance materials and dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have a PMP, 2-4 years of PM experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on JIRA expertise to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, MIS, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 2-4 years of project management experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project/work management platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide projects focused on HR technology, information management, and process improvement.
• Manage the HR Shared Services JIRA intake process, including prioritization, scoping, and resource planning.
• Oversee HR system enhancements, business process improvements, and operational transitions.
• Develop executive reports, project status updates, and monthly HR Technology dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain project documentation, workflows, and governance materials.

Our client, a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Project Manager - HR Technology & Information Flow Improvement to join their team. As a Project Manager - HR Technology & Information Flow Improvement, you will be part of the HR Technology and Shared Services organization supporting HR Technology, HR Shared Services, Information Architecture, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, stakeholder management abilities, and problem-solving expertise which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Manager - HR Technology & Information Flow Improvement
Location: Austin, TX (100% Onsite)
Pay Range: $60/hour W2
