We are seeking a hands-on HR Manager to serve as the primary HR resource for our Gardena location. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, working directly with employees and leadership, and managing day-to-day HR operations from start to finish.

As a solo HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing practical HR support across the employee lifecycle while helping ensure consistent policies, effective employee relations, and compliant HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and management
• Manage day-to-day HR operations in a hands-on, independent capacity
