Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee and support all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of HR experience, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. This role requires a proactive professional who can partner with leadership, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure HR policies and practices align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing plans and fill open positions.
• Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee questions regarding benefits and policies.
• Serve as a resource for employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support performance review processes, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications
