Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Manager ( Bilingual Korean preferred) to lead HR operations for an organization of approximately 150 employees. This role will manage a small HR team and partner with leaders across manufacturing, operations, sales, finance, accounting, IT, customer service, marketing, and other departments.
We're looking for a confident, hands-on HR leader who is strong in California & multistate employment law, employee relations, compliance, and manager coaching.
The ideal candidate knows how to coach managers through HR issues rather than simply handling the issues for them. This person should be approachable, resilient, comfortable with strong personalities, and confident working with long-tenured leaders.
