Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as an HR Manager with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Multistate HR experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on complex employee matters.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with coaching and developing HR professionals.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations to large groups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Establish, implement, and communicate HR initiatives that align with the company's mission and strategic vision
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and payroll functions, including talent acquisition, career development, payroll, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits
• Develop and execute recruiting, retention, and succession plans to support company growth and strategic goals
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies
• Manage employee relations issues and collaborate with various functional leads, insurance providers, and legal advisors
• Lead performance management, compensation, and talent management processes
• Oversee leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and disability program
