Job summary

Addison Group seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function in the United States, driving strategic alignment, compliance, and employee relations across multiple states.

You will guide talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and development, coaching HR professionals, and facilitating trainings for large groups while partnering with legal and business leaders to navigate complex workplace matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of HR management experience.
• Multistate HR experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with coaching HR professionals.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations to large groups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and communicate HR initiatives that align with the company's mission and strategic vision.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and payroll functions, including talent acquisition, career development, payroll, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
• Develop and execute recruiting, retention, and succession plans to support company growth and strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies.
• Manage employee relations issues and collaborate with various functional leads, insurance providers, and legal advisors.
• Lead performance management, compensation, and talent management processes.
• Oversee leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and disability program.
