Consumer Goods Manufacturer - Confidential in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at a large, growing manufacturing site in a non-union environment. This confidential, onsite role emphasizes strategic partnership with Operations, change management, and driving HR credibility and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 total years of progressive HR experience including 5+ years as HR Manager in manufacturing.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for reading, writing, and conversation.
  • Experience supporting large workforce of 500+ employees; multi-site is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success leading change management and influencing culture.

Job description

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for a large, growing manufacturing facility in a non-union environment. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands‑on HR professional who can build strong partnerships across the organization, support operational goals, and help elevate the credibility and effectiveness of the HR function. This position will work onsite in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex, there is no remote work offered. Relocation assistance is available for candidates residing outside of the area.

The ideal candidate will be a strong change agent with the ability to influence leaders, drive positive organizational change, and foster a culture of accountability, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to Operations leadership to support workforce and business needs
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 total years of progressive Human Resources experience including at least 5 years of HR Manager level experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for reading, writing and conversation
  • Experience supporting large workforce population of at least 500 employees with multi‑site experience being a big plus
  • Demonstrated success leading change management initiatives and influencing organizational culture
