Job summary

CFS in Canonsburg, PA seeks an experienced Manager, Human Resources to lead a small HR team and own the employee lifecycle. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.

This hands-on leader will coach staff, shape HR programs, and drive talent development, compensation planning, and culture initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including people management.
• Broad experience across employee relations, recruiting, benefits, performance, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems and employment laws.

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, ER, and compliance.

Manager, Human Resources

This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a broad, hands-on leadership role with ownership across the employee lifecycle. You’ll lead HR team members while gaining visibility across recruiting, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and talent development.

Target Compensation: $110K-$130K (+ Bonus)
