Job summary

Deacon Recruiting is seeking a Senior HR Generalist / HR Manager in Texas to own the full HR function as a department of one. You will partner with leadership and managers across the organization to guide employee relations, performance, compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience.
• Broad HR experience with the ability to independently manage a full HR function.
• Experience supporting both hourly and professional employees.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and compliance.
• Business-minded and comfortable using data to guide decisions.
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing.
