Job summary

CiresiMorek seeks an on-site HR leader for a fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will provide both strategic HR leadership and hands-on support to leaders and employees, addressing day-to-day workforce needs and long-term organizational priorities.

You will lead employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and core HR operations while helping build a strong, accountable, and engaged workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Manufacturing/Industrial industry experience is essential.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
