Job summary

Ciresiandmorek is seeking an on-site HR Leader for a fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will provide strategic HR leadership and hands-on support to leaders and employees, balancing long-term priorities with day-to-day workforce needs in a dynamic plant environment.

You will oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and core HR operations, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and engagement across all levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and supervise employees.

This position will serve as the on-site HR leader for a fast-paced manufacturing operation, providing both strategic HR leadership and hands-on support to leaders and employees. This role requires someone equally comfortable partnering with senior leadership on organizational priorities and working directly with supervisors and employees to address day-to-day workforce needs. The HR leader will lead employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and core HR operations while helping build a strong, accountable, and engaged workplace culture. Success in this role requires sound judgment, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to balance longer-term priorities with the immediate needs of a manufacturing environment.
