Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking a strategic human resources leader to guide a large manufacturing facility. The role will shape site-wide people strategies and oversee critical HR operations, aligning with overall business goals.

The successful candidate will serve on the senior management team, driving talent, employee relations, training, and workforce planning while partnering with executives to support growth and high engagement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of related human resources management leadership experience.
• Solid employee relations background.

Responsibilities

• Function as a member of the senior management team, setting strategic direction for the success and growth of all businesses.
• Collaborate with business partners to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial budgets.
• Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc., at the site level.
• Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
• Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
