What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for all HRIS functions, including report generation, system maintenance, and compliance activities
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and tools
- Respond to and resolve HRIS issues promptly, ensuring clear communication throughout the process
- Participate in system requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation of new modules and functionalities
- Develop and maintain standard and custom reports to meet the needs of HR and cross-departmental management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience managing HRIS systems, including global workforce, in an HRIS role
- 2 years of experience with UKG
- 2 years of experience in Cognos BI report building
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other IT web-based tools
- Must be comfortable making independent decisions and exercising good judgment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of general HR experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Collaborative work style with a focus on providing exceptional service to all clients
