Diamond Personnel is representing a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join the HR team. This broad, hands-on role covers recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation reviews, and policy support.

The position is hybrid, with locations in Washington, DC or Dayton, OH. A strong foundation in HR practices, employment law, and HRIS/Microsoft Office is required, with law firm experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of well-rounded Human Resources experience
• Employee relations experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing multiple HR responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
• HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Law firm or professional services experience is a plus

$89,000–$111,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits.
