Prestigious Global Law Firm in Washington, DC is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with management on recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, and firm initiatives. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, advise on policies, support compensation analyses, coordinate training, and help onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

  • At least four years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions, with emphasis on employee relations.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with staff and leadership.
  • Experience managing recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policies, and day-to-day HR matters.
