Job summary

CUC America is seeking an HR Generalist to provide a full range of HR services across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, benefits, payroll, compliance, training and performance management. You will partner with clinics and leadership to advance business and culture goals.

Reporting to the VP of HR, the role requires strong employee relations, proficiency with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems, and the ability to travel to clinic locations up to 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, healthcare, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of HR experience across multiple sites/states.
• Health, Healthcare, or similar experience required.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
• Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law; ability to learn state requirements quickly.
• Experience in HRIS, ATS, benefits and payroll systems.
• Process-improvement mindset.
• Comfort in a fast-growing organization where you help build the playbook.
• Strong relationships, presentation and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel to clinic locations up to 3 days a week as business needs require.

About the Role

Reporting to the VP of HR, the HR Generalist will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services, supporting the HR department in the lifecycle of employment including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, training, and performance management. This role is a key partner to our clinics and leadership teams and helps ensure we reach business and culture goals. This role will be assigned to be the point of contact for a specific part of the business and will be responsible for growing relationships and understanding the business. Will work closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership roles within the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR experience in a MSO, or PEO related environment strongly preferred.
• Paylocity experience preferred.
• PHR, SHRM-CP or similar certification a plus.
