You will manage job postings through ADP Recruiting and Indeed, screen applicants, conduct virtual screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• HR Support: respond to HR inquiries, assist onboarding, coordinate badge requests, support benefits and communications, assist with FMLA paperwork.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Human Resources Generalist (HYBRID)

Salary: $46,800-$62,000

Position Summary

Our client, a nonprofit/social services organization, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide HR and recruiting support. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, employee support, and helping build HR processes in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Manage job postings through ADP Recruiting and Indeed.
• Review and screen applicants.
• Conduct virtual candidate screenings and interviews, as needed.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Keep recruiting activities organized and moving efficiently.

Human Resources Support

• Respond to general HR inquiries and route employee questions appropriately.
• Assist with employee onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate badge requests and new hire information.
• Support benefits administration and employee communications.
• Assist with FMLA paperwork and other basic HR administrative functions.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
