Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to guide on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and corrective action.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Administer policies and ensure consistent application across the organization.
• Support leave, workers' comp, unemployment, and accommodations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with laws.
• Assist with benefits administration and HR inquiries.
• Support performance reviews and talent development processes.
• Partner with leadership on engagement and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure accurate personnel documentation.
• Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement and compliance.

This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by providing guidance on a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and corrective action.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Administer company policies and procedures while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
• Support leave administration, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and employee accommodations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist with benefits administration and answer employee questions regarding HR programs.
• Support performance review and talent development processes.
• Partner with leadership on employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel documentation.
• Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement, compliance, and organizational development.
