Job summary

Venteon is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on partnering with employees and managers to provide practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The position covers employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, and HR compliance, with emphasis on working closely with hourly and salaried staff. A strong emphasis on confidentiality and continuous improvement is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
