LHH is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a manufacturing client in Kernersville, NC. The role is onsite M-F 8-5 and permanent with full benefits, paying $65-80k depending on experience. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment is required to be eligible. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and HR compliance, with ADP Workforce Now as a preferred HRIS.

Formación

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and compliance.
• HRIS experience required; ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and employment law.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation processes.
• Maintain HRIS records, employee data, and HR reporting.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
• Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, training, and workforce planning.
