Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote positive workplace culture through engagement programs and communication efforts.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend actions for employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, OSHA, and EEO regulations.
  • Support managers with coaching, counseling, and developing employees to maximize performance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs, including onboarding, safety, and leadership development.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and upskilling within the workforce.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Participate in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and projects.
  • Perform other required tasks as assigned.

Overview

Job Requirements

  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as Microsoft Teams;
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus;
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
