Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare Center in Missouri is seeking an HR Director/Payroll to join our administrative team. You will manage daily payroll tasks, onboarding, timekeeping, and benefits processing while supporting hiring efforts and interview coordination across the facility.

Ideal applicants have at least 1 year of HR/payroll experience in healthcare, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a person-friendly, highly organized approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year HR/Payroll experience in healthcare or similar services industry.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day payroll duties and functions.
• Ensure onboarding documents and orientation for new employees.
• Manage time clock and payroll processing through the facility system.
• Assist with hiring & recruiting needs; complete reference checks and arrange interviews.
• Complete necessary benefit information for employees during the termination process.
