Qualifications

• Experience administering HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• HRIS knowledge and experience with payroll and time & attendance software preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and people skills.
• Fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer human resource functions, including hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Oversee payroll processing, including accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits.
• Administer employee relations, including conducting performance evaluations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance and support to employees.
• Coordinate employee attendance and leave of absence requests.
• Manage employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
