Job summary

Complete Care at Wall seeks a Human Resources Director to lead people operations in a caring, resident-focused environment. You will manage payroll, policy updates, talent sourcing, onboarding, and employee relations to support a compassionate caregiving team.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Human Resources Director in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Computer Knowledge

Responsibilities

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
• Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.
• Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.
