Job summary

Complete Care at Green Acres is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Director to lead our care-team operations and maintain a compassionate work environment in New Jersey. You will oversee payroll coordination, staff recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews, while upholding our equal opportunity principles.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience as HR Director in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies.
• Coordinate interviews for new staff with the recruitment team.
• Onboard new hires and organize orientations.
• Evaluate annual performance reviews.
• Any other duties as assigned.
